The problem

How big was the cheque you signed for marketing this month, and how much of it actually worked. Most small B2B businesses can’t answer that. They have dashboards, plenty of them, and nobody with the time to read them.

What I built

The whole thing, brand to back end (the burnt orange came late, after a green version nobody will see again). A customer fills in a form on the site. Five minutes later a job has read their public footprint, written a discovery report on what their marketing looks like from the outside, and emailed them a link. They sign in with a magic link and the report is the first message in their thread. From there the product is three surfaces: a dashboard that refreshes daily from their ad, analytics and CRM connections, a message thread that carries the monthly board-ready summary, and a connection map showing what’s wired in and what isn’t.

The analysis is the product. The dashboards are how you check it.

The part that matters

The data model was built for agencies from day one, workspace, organisation, user, with agency as a feature flag rather than a second codebase. I didn’t want to be the person bolting multi-tenancy on in a year’s time, so it went in on day one while it was still cheap. The contact form alone writes to three places, the CRM, the email service and a flat file, so a database outage never costs a lead.
