Profile Builder
Proposal generation for a firm of chartered surveyors. Pick a client, pick the projects, press Generate.
The problem
Every fee proposal and company profile the firm sent out was assembled by hand from the last one. Same projects, same people, same photographs, copied and pasted into InDesign by whoever had time, each of them with their own exciting ideas about which version was the current one.
What I built
A new website first, as a bespoke WordPress theme built to the signed-off design rather than a template bent into shape. Projects, people, testimonials and news all live in the CMS. Then the Profile Builder sits on top of the same content: pick a client, pick the projects and the people that are relevant to them, press Generate, and get a finished, branded PDF. A twelve-page brand guideline document and the Company Profile and Fee Proposal templates were designed alongside it, so the generator produces something the firm would have been happy to lay out by hand.
Structured the way the business already works. One source of truth, every document drawn from it.
The part that matters
It’s the least “AI” thing on this page and I’ve included it on purpose. The reason a platform works for a business is that it’s structured the way the business already works, and this one was: one source of truth for the projects and people, and every document drawn from it. That principle is the same one under the portfolio platform, with 187 fields fewer.
Multi-agent reasoning for insurers and underwriters.
227 units, 18 estates, twelve years of deals, one asset register.
If you’d like to see it running, I’d love a chat.
Send a paragraph about what you’re working on. I’ll write back.
